Hello Everyone!

I would like to extend a warm welcome to the month of July, especially to those of you who attended the American Humanist Association’s conference this past weekend. It was a pleasure to meet and see everyone there, and we look forward to having you as part of the BN family!

On the heels of Juneteenth and Pride last month, we are gearing up for a very busy summer. Our watchful eyes are still on the current Presidential administration and the havoc that it is causing. However, we will not let it stop us from doing our very important work.

And speaking of, we have some very exciting updates to share.

For all Chicago area folks, please join Cynthia and our ChiTown affiliate tomorrow at 6:00 pm CST for an evening with Dr. Brian Kwoba, who just released his new book on Humanist scholar, Hubert Henry Harrison. This will be an engaging discussion at the Bessie Coleman Library location, we hops that you will be there. If you cannot make it, please watch our recent episode of In The Cut, which featured Dr. Kwoba as our special guest. And of course, get your copy of the book with your 30 percent discount below!

We are also hitting the road this month, and we hope that you will join us at the following events:

–  Ark Encounter Protest (July 6th, Williamstown, KY, near Cincinnati, OH)
–  Secular Student Alliance annual conference (July 17-19, Cincinnati, OH)
–  NaNoCon, Nashville Nones Convention (July 25-27, Nashville, TN)
