In partnership with the Freedom From Religion Foundation, I would like to invite everyone who is in or near New York City to experience Godless Gospel!
Godless Gospel is the groundbreaking musical project that is produced by FFRF Co-President Dan Barker, and directed by Creative Director, Andre Forbes. Ensemble singers include Candace Gorham, Cynthia McDonald, DeAngela Morant, Steven Phelps and yours truly, ME. Be sure to catch us live on June 24th and/or June 25th at Theater 555 (Off Broadway) for music, fun, excitement, and also secular activism!
Leighann Lord, the Very Funny Lady, will be opening with comedy on both nights. While there is a suggested donation listed, the most important part will be the live and soulful experience, so please come on down!
Also, our 2024 summer fundraising drive is underway, and as always, we count on your support. This jump starts our mid-year operations and programs, including our livestream show In The Cut, and the Hurston scholarship for Black student activists. We also need to streamline strategic planning and goals for organizational growth. Your generosity ALWAYS makes the difference, and we hope to be just as successful as previous years.
