Greetings!
I know that I have been writing to you more than usual this month, but I have more great news to share.
I had the opportunity to be a guest on the very popular show Middle Ground, produced by Jubilee Media, for an episode featuring Black Christians and Black Atheists. And while millions of people will be in church on Easter Sunday tomorrow, BN will be hosting a virtual watch party at 11:30 am EST for the premiere of this episode. We invite you to join in to watch it together, hear updates on BN, and have an engaging discussion.

Also, we were contacted by Across Generations, the new podcast with former MSNBC host Tiffany Cross, to discuss atheism for an episode on religion in the Black community. Our new cohost for In The Cut Edith Gray, was our representative, and I had the pleasure of being in attendance for the filming. As soon as we receive the word about the air date, we will share it with you.
But as we close this Women’s History Month with this great news, I implore you all to continue to support BN. In addition to representing nonbelief in the public, we are cosponsoring the 2024 Hurston scholarship in partnership with the Secular Student Alliance. We will be tabling at conferences, conventions and special events. And we will be participating in service projects and helping those in need. This is all part of the diverse and multi faceted work that we do.
Whether you are participating in any Easter services, hunting eggs and enjoying food and candy, I hope that you enjoy the rest of your weekend. BN, once again, is STILL going, and will continue for years to come!
Building. Back Better.
Sincerely,
